| TranSystems|MNB served as master planner, civil/structural engineer and architect for five new regional parts warehouse and distribution centers in New Jersey, Illinois, Oregon, Georgia and Nevada. This project provided 164,460 sq ft of warehousing, a 17,000 sq ft training center and 9,000 sq ft of office space. The project team worked with the contractor to develop the building systems from value engineering. The aesthetic and economical treatment of the outer walls won an Architectural Award from the AIA Board of New Jersey. |
